Stellar Family of Companies has operated multifamily real estate for 35+ years, guided by a defined purpose and a set of values we hold ourselves to before we ask anyone else to.

Our Story

Stellar Family of Companies got its start in Lubbock, Texas, back in 1989, not as a fund chasing deals, but as a small group of people who believed multifamily real estate, done with real discipline and real heart, could hold up through any market cycle you threw at it. Thirty-five years, four states, and 27 markets later, that's still the whole idea. We build things meant to last, we run them like we intend to own them forever, and we try to treat everyone in the mix, be they residents, partners, each other, like family, because that's the name we've gone by since day one.
