Stellar’s generous PTO is designed to provide associates with flexibility to balance professional and personal schedules.

  • Vacation time may be enjoyed in advance. Depending on length of service associates can accrue up to 20 days a year!

  • In addition to paid time off, we offer eight paid holidays during the year.


Stellar offers 100% coverage on health insurance for its full-time employees. Upgrades are available for:

  • Vision and dental
  • Coverage for spouses and children
  • AFLAC supplemental insurance (more details below)

Stellar offers a 20% discount for our employees

All employees living on a Stellar property where they work can receive a 20% discount on their rent. Plus they do not need to pay a deposit or app fee.

Scholarship Fund up to $2,500

With the rising cost of college tuition, Stellar Communities wants to help our employee’s children who are pursuing an undergraduate degree and accepted into the Stellar scholarship program.

If your child (under 25) is a senior and is planning on attending an accredited university as a full time student, Stellar may want to help with tuition. All full-time associates who have been employeed continuously with Stellar for a minimum of two years can apply for the scholarship fund.

Adoption Benefits

We offer adoptive parents a reimbursement of $5,000 towards expenses of adopting a child under the age of 16. (1 per family)


Stellar partners with AFLAC supplemental insurance to offer it to all our employees at a low pre-tax cost. AFLAC offers dental, cancer, and hospital supplemental insurance plus lots more.

Stellar Communities has a profit sharing program for all full time, on-site associates.

We believe when an apartment community stays within their budget that it is a team effort and
we want to reward that effort through profit sharing.

Employee Referral Program

What would you do with an extra $250?

If you know someone who shares our values and commitment and refers them for employment as a Thank You a $250 bonus may be paid after the new hire completes three months full time employment.
